Submitting a Sev 1 Ticket

To submit a Sev 1 ticket, the following applies:

The requester must provide 24/7 contact information: name, email and phone number

The issue must comply with the conditions listed in "Ticket Severity Guidelines" - "Severity 1", otherwise, the ticket priority will be downgraded to Sev 2
