To stay focused on what matters most – maintaining our commitment to delivering innovation in data analytics – we are announcing a new policy for product support

 

Starting December 15, 2021, we are making the following changes in our support for Incorta releases

  • Incorta On-premises releases (including Incorta Managed Cloud): receive technical support and code patches for 12 months from date of initial release
  • Incorta Cloud releases: current release receives technical support and code patches. Prior releases are covered through End of Life support.
  • Once releases reach the end of their standard support term, they receive 6 additional months of technical support but no code patches.

We recognize that this change may impact your existing upgrade plans. To help you through this transition, we are offering a one-time extension of technical support until December 1, 2022.
