You should be receiving an email from "support@incorta.zendesk.com" that looks like this:
If not then, please do the following:
- Check your "Spam" email folder looking for the email
- Check with your system/email admin if there is any rule blocking the email on the webmail server or firewall
- Repeat the reset steps after checking/clearing the previous steps
- If this is still an issue, please file a support ticket by sending an email to support@incorta.com
